Neuro Nurture

Purpose

Neuro-affirming support for neurodivergent folks and their (our!) allies, delivered in an LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally safe and trauma-informed way – by a social worker with lived experience of neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD and PTSD) as a individual, parent, researcher and long-time practitioner in the field.

Specialising in Autism, ADHD and co-occurring profiles and conditions.

Services

Individualised therapeutic support for children, young people and adults

Parenting support for families – including PDA

Exploration of neurodivergent identity for all ages

Key worker support for people with multiple stakeholders / complex needs

Peer connection and support groups

Professional development, consultation and supervision

Reports – including FCA, NDIS reports and reports for diagnosticians

Billing

Social Work services billed privately or through NDIS (self or plan managed).

NDIS fees are as per the NDIS price guide under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living (Social Worker). This is the same bucket of funding that Speech therapists, OT, Psychologists and other degree qualified, accredited Allied Health bill under. Participants can choose which mix of supports they spend that funding on. The line item specifically for Social Work is:

Private fees align with the NDIS fees unless otherwise indicated.

Primarily Telehealth available although face to face may be possible.
